For subcontractors

Turn quiet days into booked days.

Set out when you’re available, show the work you do and find Perth jobs that fit your trade, dates and travel area.

Joining the list does not create an account. We’ll let you know when SubHub is ready in Perth.

A better way to fill the gaps

Your availability, trade and terms in one clear profile.

Businesses can understand when you’re free and what you’re looking for before they invite you or review your application.

  • Let your calendar do the selling

Mark full or half days as available, tentative or unavailable. Businesses can search for people who are actually free on the dates they need.

  • See jobs that fit

Job suggestions take your trade, dates, area, rate and experience into account, and explain why each job matched.

  • Choose where you work

Set your preferred suburbs and travel distance so you can focus on work that makes sense for you.

  • Put forward your rate

Share an hourly, daily or fixed price for a job. The rate is agreed directly between you and the business.

  • Show your credentials clearly

Add your ABN, insurance and licence. A credential is marked supplied when added, and verified only after a SubHub admin reviews it.

  • Keep job details together

Applications, invitations and messages stay with the job. Your phone number is shared only after a booking is confirmed.

Availability that stays current

Set it once. Adjust it when life changes.

Set your normal week, then change a day when a job runs over or plans shift. Businesses search by date, so keeping your calendar up to date helps the right work find you.

AvailableTentativeUnavailableBookedExample calendar
Full or half days
Make mornings and afternoons available separately when a job needs less than a full day.
Weekly patterns
Set a regular pattern once, then update individual dates when your plans change.
Tentative availability
Show that a day may work without promising it before you know for sure.
Confirmed bookings
When you confirm a booking, those dates are blocked so you do not get double-booked.

Clear checks

“Verified” means someone checked.

Your profile can show your ABN, insurance and licence. SubHub distinguishes information you have supplied from credentials an admin has reviewed, so businesses can see what has and has not been checked.

How the labels work

Supplied
You entered the details or uploaded the document. It has not yet been reviewed by an admin.
Verified
A SubHub admin has reviewed the credential and recorded what they checked.
