What we collect and why
We collect your email address and, if you choose, whether you are a subcontractor or a trade business. We use this information to send SubHub launch updates. The address is added to a SubHub updates segment in Resend, our email provider.
02 WHEN YOU CONTACT US
Contact messages
If you use the contact form, we collect the email address you provide, your message, the topic you choose and, if you choose, your name and whether you are a subcontractor or trade business. We use those details to respond to your enquiry and send the message to our inbox through Resend. A contact enquiry does not subscribe you to launch updates; you must use the separate updates form for that.
03 YOUR CONTROL
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from future marketing emails using the link Resend provides in those emails. You can also ask us to remove your contact by replying to an email or contacting us at the address below.
